What qualifications do your staff members have?
Our staff members hold the qualifications required for early childhood education. ranging between certifications to diplomas and are certified in CPR and first aid. We prioritise hiring dedicated and caring professionals who represent our purpose and share our loving culture.

How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress?
We maintain open communication through our shared Facebook page and via KinderM8 including daily reports, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on activities, important events and milestones.

What measures do you have in place for children with special needs or allergies?
We work closely with parents to develop individualised plans for children with special needs or allergies. Our staff members receive training on accommodating diverse needs, and we have protocols in place to ensure a safe environment.

How are discipline and behavior management handled at your childcare centre?
We follow positive reinforcement strategies and use age-appropriate discipline techniques, emphasising communication and teaching appropriate behavior. Parents are kept informed, and we work collaboratively to address any concerns.

How do you handle medical emergencies?
In the event of a medical emergency, our staff is trained to administer first aid, and emergency services will be contacted immediately. Parents will be notified promptly, and we follow established procedures to ensure the well-being of the child.
